Airgreenland (http://www.airgreenland.gl) flies from Ilulissat and Qaanaaq to the nearby airport at Qaarsut. From there a helicopter will take you to the heliport in Uummannaq. There has been talk of instead flying with helicopters directly from Ilulissat.
